1. These General Conditions of Sale govern the contract for the sale of clothing and accessory products exclusively marked by the ALICE PI brand offered by KLN Srl – with headquarters in VIA FABIO FILZI, 51/D, 59100 PRATO (PO) VAT number 02239200971 – via its website WWW.ALICEPI.IT to users/customers of the site in question.
2. The customer can only purchase the products present in the electronic catalogue of KLN Srl at the time of placing the order and viewable at the address WWW.ALICEPI.IT, as described in the relevant information sheets. The technical information included in the website WWW.ALICEPI.IT faithfully reproduces that of the manufacturers of the goods included in the catalogue. KLN Srl, therefore, reserves the right to modify the technical information of the products to adapt them to that provided by the manufacturers, without the need for any prior notice.
3. Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by KLN Srl by means of an e-mail response, sent to the e-mail address provided by the Customer. This confirmation message will report the Date and Time of receipt of the order and the order number, to be used in all subsequent communications with KLN Srl. The message will reiterate all the data entered by the Customer who undertakes to verify its correctness and to promptly communicate any corrections, according to the methods described in this document.
4. In the event of non-acceptance of the order, KLN Srl undertakes to promptly notify the Customer at the email address provided during the order phase.
5. ORDER CANCELLATION: The Customer can request the cancellation of the order up until the moment in which the same is not yet being prepared in the warehouse. The order is no longer cancellable after shipment. To cancel the order the customer must send an email to INFO@ALICEPI.IT with the order number as the subject and clearly indicate the request to cancel the order. KLN Srl will examine the request and if valid, will send the customer an email confirming the cancellation of the order.

6. All prices on the site are intended as prices to the public and, therefore, inclusive of VAT. KLN Srl reserves the right to change prices at any time, without notice. In the event that an incorrect and/or clearly derisory price is published, for any reason (system error, human error, etc.), the order will be cancelled, even in the case of initial validation. The total price for the purchase of products on the ALICEPI.IT site and any shipping costs will be charged to the customer at the time of payment. KLN Srl reserves the right to charge shipping costs to the customer.

7. KLN Srl does not guarantee the availability and certainty of assignment of the goods ordered on the ALICEPI.IT website , therefore reserves the right to cancel the order in the event of unavailable goods.
8. KLN Srl reserves the right at any time to delete or modify any content on the  ALICEPI.IT website . KLN Srl undertakes to complete all orders, however there may be cases in which KLN Srl is obliged to refuse orders even after sending the Order Confirmation. In such case, KLN Srl reserves the right to cancel the order at any time.
9. The customer is solely responsible for providing correct data during the registration and order completion phase through the  ALICEPI.IT website . KLN Srl will not be responsible for delivery errors due to inaccuracies or incompleteness in filling in the delivery address by the customer.
10. During the order completion procedure, through the website WWW.ALICEPI.IT, the customer declares to have read, understood and accepted the conditions of sale and the additional information contained in the website, including the policy on cookies and privacy.
11. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: 
    • The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with KLN Srl, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, without any penalty; provided that: the products to be returned are intact, never worn, complete with their original packaging, tags and labels.
    • If the customer intends to use the right of withdrawal, he/she must send the withdrawal request via email to INFO@ALICEPI.IT with the order reference code and the reference codes of the products for which the return is to be made. KLN Srl will verify that the return complies with all the required criteria, subsequently the customer will receive an email with the instructions for proceeding with the shipment.
    • In case of receipt of defective or deformed products, the customer must promptly notify INFO@ALICEPI.IT by email with the order reference code, the reference codes of the defective products and specify the problem.
      Upon receipt of the package containing the defective products, KLN Srl will send confirmation of receipt of the package by email. KLN Srl will then check the contested defects. In case of finding the defects reported by the customer, KLN Srl will, at its own expense, replace the defective products with identical models (if available) or will proceed with a refund, via banking procedure, of the amount paid. In any case, the refund will be made exclusively in electronic format.
    • All products on the  ALICEPI.IT website are equipped with an identification tag, internal labels and their own packaging. In the event that the customer’s right of withdrawal is exercised, KLN Srl will have the right to not accept the return of returned products that are missing the relative tag, internal labels and that have been used, worn, washed, damaged or altered in their essential and qualitative characteristics.
    • Until KLNr.l. receives the products returned by the customer, the customer will be responsible if the products are lost or damaged during transport.
    • If the right of withdrawal is exercised following the methods and terms described in this article, KLNr.l. will undertake to send via email the confirmation of acceptance of the returned products and to refund, via banking procedure, the amount paid. In any case, the refund will be made exclusively in electronic format.

12. COMPETENT COURT:  For any disputes the competent court is the Court of Prato.
